We are proud to announce that Amy Emerson, Will Allensworth, Tyler O’Halloran, and Nicholl Wade have been recognized as 2021 Rising Stars in construction litigation by Super Lawyers. Amy and Will were among the top-ranked attorneys, earning them a spot on Super Lawyer’s 2021 Rising Stars Top 100 list, and Amy received the additional distinction of being named to the prestigious Up-and-Coming 50: 2021 Women Texas Rising Stars list.
The Rising Star nomination process asks lawyers to nominate attorneys they respect who are 40 or under, or who have been practicing for 10 years or less. They are instructed to nominate lawyers they have personally observed in action — whether as opposing counsel or co-counsel, or through other firsthand courtroom observation. The lawyers are ranked by point totals and those with the highest point totals are named to the Rising Stars list. No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are named to the list.
