As we celebrate our 26th year serving the construction and design industry’s best, we’re taking time to reflect on our past while looking to the future.

Much has changed since the firm was founded in 1995. We’ve grown from a law office of two attorneys working primarily with design professionals to one of the largest commercial construction law firms in Texas, with a diverse group of incredible clients in a broad array of industries and geographies.

Our expanded talent pool and service offerings allow us to provide robust support to owners, developers, architects, engineers, and contractors at all phases of their projects. Over the years, we’ve helped our clients through a boom, a bust, a really big boom, and most recently a pandemic—and throughout it all, we’ve relished being part of their journey. We’ve outgrown a few office locations, embraced modern technologies and processes, and developed a strong leadership team of partners who are fiercely committed to our clients, and to making the next quarter century the best it can be.

As part of this, we’ve developed a new brand and website, honoring the experience of our past while reflecting who we are today: a modern construction law firm with talented professionals ready to solve problems. That’s Allensworth.

Yes, a lot has changed since 1995, but our founding principles remain the same: put the clients first, do great work, act with integrity, and be a team player.
