Joe Basham Named Managing Partner

We’re honored to announce Joe Basham as our managing partner. He was elected in a unanimous decision.

In his new role, Joe will provide strategic leadership and direction drawn from his 13 years at our firm.

Joe’s practice focuses on construction law and construction litigation. He represents owners, developers, general contractors, EPC contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers, focusing on contract drafting and negotiation, dispute management and avoidance, and dispute resolution, including mediation, litigation, and arbitration.
